Drama unfolding in the US market this morning, erasing a 1,000 points deficit to close in the positive territory led by small caps in the last 2 hours prior to market close.
Bargain hunting or short-covering??
Too much fear in the market to begin with. My take is inflation to ease in the second half of the year and FED to keep interest rates as low as possible to keep prices stable in the year 2022. Contrarian view though as Wall Street is expecting 4 rate hikes now, in which my personal take is 2 at most. Let’s see…
