After the dismal results announced after market close yesterday, the company formally known as Facebook is trading at c. 17.25x PE (TTM), based on the price of $238 (market price about the time that I am writing this). Historically, we seldom see the company’s price trading at such PE level. The last time if I remember correctly was during the start of covid crisis (c. 17x PE).
As such, i believe for those investors who have thought of buying it in the past but hesitated, should take this opportunity to start buying into the company; if you are still positive about the company’s fundamentals (which I am).
