A review of my call made one year ago. The stock price is close to $62, which represents an annualized return of more than 20% (including dividend). If investors are to hold on to this position, forward dividend yield is c. 3.3% while sitting on a buffer of 20%. I think it is a good position to hold in view of the dividend yield. Going forward, the company is expected to increase dividend payout and this annualised yield will only rise as well.
